Our History

Corporate Cuisine is an East Bay based upscale full service Food Service/Restaurant Management company.  Mocha’s Grill, our trade name, was established in 1987 in Union Square San Francisco where we concentrated on serving the staff and visitors of 450 Sutter Medical Building. In 1991 we opened a suburban Cafe in Walnut Creek, which just recently changed its name. Mocha’s Grill established itself as a high quality, high volume cafe, which catered to many of the neighboring staff and companies. In 1992 we established a delivery service to corporate accounts in downtown Walnut Creek and served an average of 150 lunches daily. Mocha's Grill opened a third location in 1994 in the Danville Hotel and from there we catered to an upscale clientele base of professionals and continued to service our Walnut Creek cafe. Good quality, service, and menu selection were key factors for Mocha's establishing itself as a vendor within the corporate food service arena. In 1996 Mocha's established its first Mocha’s Cafe inside a Healthcare Facility located in Walnut Creek. In 1997 we opened a Mocha's in Vallejo, in 1998 we opened Mocha’s in Martinez, and in January 2000 we opened in Vallejo, CA. Today, we also service San Francisco, San Mateo, and a Retirement Community in Walnut Creek, CA.
